	British Computer Society Current Grade: Fellow (FBCS) Chartered IT Professional (CITP)	Established in 1957, the British Computer Society (BCS) is the leading body for those working in IT. With a world-wide membership now over 50,000 members in over 100 countries, BCS is the qualifying body for Chartered IT Professionals (CITP). BCS was incorporated by Royal Charter in 1984. Its objects are to promote the study and practice of computing and to advance knowledge of and education in IT for the benefit of the public. BCS is also a registered charity. BCS is licensed by the Engineering Council to award Chartered Engineer status (CEng) and Incorporated Engineer status (IEng); and more recently by the Science Council to award Chartered Scientist status (CSci).
	Engineering Council UK Current Grade: Chartered Engineer (CEng)	ECUK's mission is to set and maintain realistic and internationally recognised standards of professional competence and ethics for engineers, technologists and technicians, and to license competent institutions to promote and uphold the standards. Under its Royal Charter, ECUK regulates the engineering profession in the UK and formally represents the interests of UK engineers abroad. It is a Designated Authority under the current General Systems Directives.
	Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers & IEEE Computer Society Current Grade: Member.	The IEEE, a non-profit organization, is the world's leading professional association for the advancement of technology. Through its global membership, the IEEE is a leading authority on areas ranging from aerospace systems, computers and telecommunications to biomedical engineering, electric power and consumer electronics among others.
